STOVETOP
Transfer the frozen food to a small pot or saucepan.
Add 1 - 2 tbsp water to avoid dry cooking.
Reheat over low to medium heat for around 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Transfer the frozen food to a non-plastic bowl.
Place the bowl in a steamer basket over simmering water.
Steam for 10-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.

MICROWAVE
Transfer the frozen food to a microwave-safe bowl.
Reheat on medium power for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
