STOVETOP
- Transfer the frozen food to a small pot/saucepan.
- Add 1- 2 tbsp water to avoid dry cooking.
- Reheat over low to medium heat for around 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
STEAM
- Transfer the frozen food to a non-plastic bowl.
- Place the bowl in a steamer basket over simmering water.
- Steam for 10-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
MICROWAVE
- Transfer the frozen food to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Reheat on medium power for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
