Our Secret Stew (ABC Soup) is a comforting and nutritious baby soup suitable for babies 8 months and above. Made with chicken, carrot, tomato, potato, sweet corn, celery, onion, this soup is naturally sweet and nourishing without any added salt, sugar, or preservatives.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This soup contains chunky ingredients. For babies who are still learning to chew, we recommend serving the soup only.

- Chicken
Chicken is a good source of protein, which supports your baby’s growth and muscle development. It also provides important minerals like zinc and iron to help build a strong immune system and support healthy development. - Carrot
Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. Vitamin A supports healthy vision, skin, and immune function, making carrots an excellent vegetable for growing babies. - Potato
Potatoes provide natural carbohydrates that give babies gentle and lasting energy. They are easy to digest and help keep little tummies feeling satisfied, making them suitable for early complementary feeding. - Sweet Corn
Sweet corn adds natural sweetness to the soup without added sugar. It contains fiber to support digestion, as well as B vitamins that help with energy metabolism and overall growth. - Onion
Onion adds natural flavour while providing antioxidants and vitamins that support immunity. When cooked slowly, onion becomes mild and gentle on baby’s tummy. - Celery
Celery contributes vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C and potassium, supporting hydration and digestion while enhancing the soup’s natural aroma.

STOVETOP
- Transfer the frozen food to a small pot/saucepan.
- Add 1- 2 tbsp water to avoid dry cooking.
- Reheat over low to medium heat for around 10-15 minutes while stirring occasionally until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
STEAM
- Transfer the frozen food to a non plastic bowl.
- Place the bowl in a steamer basket over simmering water.
- Steam for 10-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
MICROWAVE
- Transfer the frozen food to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Reheat on medium power for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
